What are the payment methods?

You can complete your purchases by paying in cash directly at the delivery company or with Switch / Maestro cards, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and PayPal.

How much is the shipping cost and when will I receive my order?

For deliveries in Greece shipping costs are 2,60 € (+0,90 € for pay on delivery). For orders of 49 € and above shipping costs are free. You will receive your order in 1-3 working days after you submit your order. Delivery is made by Speedex.

Can I cancel my order?

There is a possibility to cancel your order, if you call directly to our customer service line at +30 2510230851 up to 8 hours after placing your order (before we can process it). If you delay to contact us at the above line, we won’t be able to cancel your order.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order;

Should you encounter any problem with your order, please contact us through the following ways:

What should I do if I forget my password?

Can I add an item to my order, once I have completed it?

If you have completed your order and wish to add another item you may call directly to our customer service line at +30 2510230851 up to 8 hours after placing your order (before we can process it) to inform us about the new item you wish to add to your order.

Why was my credit card declined?

In this case, you should contact your bank to inform you.

Can I order from abroad?

You can order only from countries we deliver. Delivery cost is 10€ per order. Delivery is made by DHL Courier in 4-5 working days. Payment is made by credit / debit card or PayPal.

How can watch online the progress of my order?

Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that your order was registered. Also, a shipment tracking code of your order will be send by e-mail or text message.
