Want to make a return? No problem!
You have the right to return your order, whole or part of it, in between 14 days from the date you received it. You could ask for other products in replace or for a money refund. Note that you should return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, that is to say without breaking the seal of the package and by confirming that the special signs of the product have not been removed. You also don’t forget to return us the receipt.

Returns for orders in Greece:
For returns all over Greece, contact our collaborator courier service contact us, and send the products you want to return to the following address: Pink Woman, Par. Leof. Vouliagmenis 512, Alimos, Zip Code: 17456, tel: 8004000990,via COURIER CENTER, with your charge. Shipments via courier center service are charged with 2,60€ for all domestic returns.
For returns beyond Greece, contact the courier service company you want and send the products you want to return to the following address: Pink Woman, Par. Leof. Vouliagmenis 512, Alimos, Zip Code: 17456, tel: 8004000990. The charge is on the client.
In case you want a money refund, you only need to contact us via phone at +30 8004000990 (overall Greece) & +30 6952310884 (in beyond Greece) in daily bases Monday to Friday 08.30 – 18:00. We conclude payment refunds by bank deposit at the bank account you would contact us.
- The refund process is charged 5€. This amount is going to be calculated with your refund. The final refund is going to be concluded by bank deposit at the bank account you would contact us or at the credit card or Paypal account, depended on the way you made your purchase. Also, the refund refers only on the price of the products (delivery fees are not included)
- We don’t make e-shop orders refunds at our retail stores
- We will refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method (shipping costs are excluded from the refund) within 15 days.
Also be reminded that:
- The refund process usually takes 3-6 working days, from the day we receive the return. This is because all returns must get through quality control before arriving at the refund department.
- In case the product is found faulty, the company should send back the order to the costumer or would contact the costumer to solve the matter. Smelly returned products could also be noted as faulty and can’t be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept return of certain items such as underwear, socks and earrings.
- Swimsuits can be returned, if the hygiene sticker is not removed
